Integrated tri-axial probe
3 Hall effect sensors simultaneously measuring the Bx, By and Bz components of the magnetic field. Real-time vector resultant measurement.
Product
A portable touchscreen console with an integrated tri-axial Hall effect probe for real-time magnetic field measurement, visualisation and analysis.
Overview
The CMPhy measurement console is a tablet-format portable instrument designed for magnetic field measurement in industrial environments. It features an integrated probe with 3 Hall effect sensors arranged along the X, Y and Z axes, enabling full characterisation of the magnetic field at any measurement point.
Its intuitive human-machine interface (HMI) simultaneously displays instantaneous field values along each axis, the vector resultant, and the time-domain waveform of the signal. The operator thus has a complete view of the magnetic behaviour of the part or the controlled environment.
Features
3 Hall effect sensors simultaneously measuring the Bx, By and Bz components of the magnetic field. Real-time vector resultant measurement.
High-resolution touchscreen displaying numerical values for all 3 axes, bar graphs and the magnetic field waveform for immediate time-domain analysis.
Compact, rugged design for field use. Battery life suited to extended industrial operations.
Applications
The CMPhy measurement console addresses needs across multiple industrial sectors:
Demagnetisation control — Verification of residual magnetism after demagnetisation treatment of ferromagnetic parts.
Field mapping — Tri-axial surveys for spatial characterisation of magnetic fields around equipment or workstations.
Risk prevention — Magnetic field exposure measurement for defining safety zones (ELV, ALV) in compliance with regulations.
Quality control — Validation of magnetisation levels and field homogeneity on parts and assemblies.
